Lounge Pre - School Day Nursery are committed to providing only the best
Childcare practitioners to care for and nurture your Children and assist them
in their early years education and development.
To ensure that our high levels are maintained throughout the Group we have qualified and well experienced trained staff, as well as a Nursery manager and assistants. The Nursery staffs are either qualified or are training towards a Childcare qualification, as we see training and development as an important aspect of constantly improving Child care practice. We follow and adhere to all policies including Health and Safety to ensure the highest possible care for your Child is achieved at all times. To help us achieve this fun-filled atmosphere, every one of our staff has been chosen to provide the best possible experience for your Child. They are also reference checked; CRB checked and hold First Aid Certificates. All staffs are fully trained or demonstrate a real interest in caring for Children. All our staff are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every Child - to give them the real boost to develop into well- balanced individuals. Our aim is to provide high quality Childcare in a stimulating, safe and secure environment in which each Child can be helped to achieve its full potential in all areas of development. Our provision complies with the statutory framework for Children’s learning, development and welfare, known as the Early Years Foundation Stage. |
