Kiddies lounge pre - school day Nursery is committed to ‘Supporting Parents and developing Children’. The following Mission Statement highlights our commitment to Parents, Children and the Childcare staff who care for them.

Our Mission is to;

Work in partnership with Parents and Children to create and enable Children to develop outstanding education in within the day care Nursery that suits their individual needs and their families.

To provide an innovative, creative and contemporary and progressive perspective on all aspects of Childcare for all staff, Parents and Children.
To Improve and develop all physical aspects and environments.
To promote health and happiness of all Children in our Nursery so that Children can feel relaxed, happy and safe.
To create an environment where Children can have a sense of belonging and respond cooperatively with adults and other Children.
To provide a varied diet, fresh air and vigorous, and leisure activities in a safe and carefully planned environment.
Exposed Children to the widest range of appropriate learning materials and situations as possible.
To retain and motivate staff input, development and productivity through good management practice, incentives, real wages, training and a good work environment.
To implement and promote equality of opportunity.
To encourage and actively foster parental involvement and develop good relationships between staff, Children and Parents.
To provide a flexible service to allow and encourage men and women return to work with confidence that their Children will be well catered for.
To Facilitate and support Children's education and learning I compliance with the Children Early year Foundation Stage learning goals through a planned and balanced and effective curriculum.
